Language of Light
Language of Light is a real-time audiovisual installation. Trained on datasets of natural luminance, and architectural space, the system composes light as a living language. Each frame is generated on the fly, producing meditative structures that form, breathe, and dissolve—an encounter between machine logic and human perception.
A generative, time-based work where code sculpts light. Custom AI models translate datasets into evolving luminous architectures—alive, never looping the same way twice.
Code as ritual
This body of work treats photons as syntax. A custom model and rule-based engine parse latent from datasets of light phenomena and spatial archetypes, then render it as evolving chambers, halos, and thresholds. The result is an endless, non-repeating composition: light that organizes itself, remembers patterns, and forgets them in the next moment.
The videos present recorded passages of the live system—not pre-rendered loops—inviting the viewer to read light as code and code as ritual.
